  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease, then finely chop the bacon pieces. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the ranch seasoning mix, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sliced green onions to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the chopped crispy bacon, reserving a small amount for rolling the cheese ball later.
  • Using your hands or a spatula, shape the mixture into a ball. Place it on a sheet of plastic wrap, then use the wrap to help tighten and smooth the ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in the reserved bacon bits until fully coated. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
  • Place the cheese ball on a serving platter surrounded by your favorite crackers, pita chips, or vegetable sticks. Serve chilled and enjoy!
